It is impossible to get millions of visitors to your site through that. The world will end before you get more then 1 million.

Things that do work are topsites (as long as you are near the top), promotion forums like this, yahoo answers seems quite good aswell and specialist directories aimed just at your forums category.

You sign up and log in, then open your surf bar in a new tab/window and you view other peoples site and they view yours.

It doesnt work, I have got shiny stats and it tells you where your trafic comes fomr, so far none from there

People have to sign up from your link for it to work as your site will only show to people who have signed up from your link or for people who have signed up from someone who signed up from your link and so on....
