Just like to say ive been going on the treadmill everyday for the past month and 1/2 and stopped for 2 weeks was ill then went to the gym everyday

and ive lost 2 STONE


I was 14 and 1/2 stone

now 12 1/2


Any suggestions and how to get a six pack? my stomach seems kinda big but its gone down i guess 😛
 
Wow man thats real good, yeah i need to start going to the gym more. And no i wouldnt know what exercises to do, to get a 6 pack.

With Van1lla's translations, 12 1/2 stone = 350 pounds ~eeeek~

Congratulations!

To get a six pack make sure you lose all the fat off your stomach and do excerise like sit ups, crunches, leg lifts and press ups. There are more but I can't be bothered naming them. -lol-

its crunches leg lifts other things like that i can steal the stuff off the ebook im using if your interested 🙂

I am 11 stone but i need to get thinner/fitter as i want to join the police...so wack on the things you need to do please -D-

i started on level 3 so..

decline board leg thrusts 2x8

lying leg thrusts 2x10

ab scissors - 1x8

stability bal hip flexion 1x12

alternativing crunches 1x20

bench crunches 1x20
abdominal vacuums
 
I run 3-5 miles a day, plus jump-rope for 5 minutes, stretch for a half hour three times a day and that helps me stay fit.

I play basketball, cross-country, track.

if i didnt know what i workout was i youtube'd which guides you 🙂
