I have a big problem with that - but once I am focused - it's OCD. Anyway, that's not a bad thing. Well, anyhow, with my drum lesson website it requires making a lot of pdf and sound files - but recently, I had realized that the tabs (what is seen at the top of the browser) on them didn't have the correct file name. In that case, I have to download all of them again (maybe 600 - 800 files), re-upload, and fix them.

Anyway, all of this is the same scene when writing a book or similar projects. Who has done this?

I'm an artist and sometimes I don't want to do any art. I think I'm waiting for some big motivation instead of realizing that I'm just being lazy at times 😀 I think coming to terms with that forces me to get a move on.

I think getting into zone with what you like or even for money would solve the focus issue.

It’s all about doing small pieces of the puzzle at a time, don’t overwhelm yourself with a boatload of tasks. It’ll just become mundane and uninteresting. Give yourself reasonable goals to reach and take care of things in a timely manner.

Interest and viewing progression are both key in staying motivated.

Definitely it's a habit thing like going to the gym or anything else.

Working all the time doesn't produce the most enjoyable work. It's best to do something else for a long time - and then go back into the project.
