What is the best way to get followers on Twitter?

Just post funny/interesting tweets to articles that are in your websites category or if your only tweeting for yourself do the same but link to other articles 🙂

You've already received some good tips. Also use http://search.twitter.com/ to find people talking about topics relevant to you or your niche, then follow those people and engage with them. A lot of them will follow you back.

I believe it is the same thing as a pound sign or a number sign "#"

And you say #site in your tweets you can search #site to see our tweets or any others using #site

Lol gettin followers is easy, I have 40 by not even trying. There are so many bots and huge lists that will auto followback 😉
