Getting put off

Have you ever been put of making your site, say you are almost done someone makes a comment to you like, it won't work, it will die. Does this ever put you off finishing it and you just give up?

Same here. Honestly, i wish i had saved comments made about my forum, when i first advertised it, not here; but a different ad forum that closed down.

Some people wouldn't even do post exchanges, cause they don't even want to see a PB's forums 😛

I've always been told that I had good ideas and stuff, so I'm always more pumped to go forward. I'm not sure if I'd be put off if somebody told me it wouldn't work... I guess it would depend on who says it.

It never puts me off. I've gotten some really atrocious comments, especially for my newest one which isn't surprising, and it's just made me more determined. It's also made me extremely angry as well, but rather then abusing the ignorant gits I turn that anger into constructive energy and put it all into my forums.

I figure if anyone makes any really negative comments about an idea you have, rather then giving you proper criticism that could help you fine tune your idea, they're probably jealous or immature creeps.
