Getting server busy error in VB 4

Many members at my forum getting 'Server Busy' error.

I checked with hosting co., they says there is no problem at their end.

I have also tried, except 'Opera' I am getting same message in FF, Chrome and IE.

What could be the problem and solution?

It is done, thanx to Jonathan help.

It was due to many hacks, the server could not handle that load.
