Everyone get sick from time to time or more frequently just feels unwell, whether it be a cold or a sickness bug, a migraine etc!

What do you do when you either feel unwell or get sick?

For me I usually slow everything down, if it’s possible I usually try get into bed for an hour or two and try sleep it off, I keep well hydrated and take any medicines that might help with it.

I don't get sick very often, so it seems. I might have stomach aches depending on what I eat or headaches from time to time, but it's nothing medication can't fix.

My health is generally pretty abysmal and has been since my late teens but for the most part I just keep to my normal routine. I find I can cope far better if I keep busy and try to take my mind off whatever it is that's making me ill.

I had a 100 day cough (yes it's a real thing) this year which was so annoying!! Nothing would get rid of it. Last time I had that I was a kid.

Try and don't get sick in the fist place and if you do then scream and just be normal Xd

DOn't work soo hard, rest, takes things if you need too

I've only been sick 3 times since the start of Covid...and never got covid.

When my thyroid hormones are off (either too high or too low), I feel the symptoms and sometimes I just have to work through them or sleep it off.

It's rare when I get sick, but when I do I'm pretty much in bed all day. When I got covid in 2022, it sucked. I was in bed for a few days and eventually I was able to get out of bed and sit in my chair but I was still weak. One time when I was in high school, I got a bad illness and it was worse than when I got covid. I was in bed for a whole week, I missed out on dissecting frogs in biology class too since I couldn't go to school. Right after I started to feel a bit better, I got hit with a head cold. I almost passed out trying to take a shower too after the body ache portion of the illness went away.

I rarely get sick, but when I do, it's often a very bad cold.

And to shift it, paracetamol and a good rest does the trick.
