Getting the Default Theme - to Be Default

https://drummerlesson.com - the default theme is the grey one (Special version), but it's only for members. The default will not show for guests, only the classic blue Pro-Silver that comes with phpBB. Any ideas?

Change it in board settings and make it "forced" or something like that it's called.
