Hmmm...I'd suggest an announcements forum, and I don't see any rules posted...other than that and a need for a skin and banner, I like it ^_^ I just joined and posted an intro, and imma post a bit more =D

Yeah the theme is designed by zynge.net but I'm going to change it when I found more better theme than the current one.
