First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
The first thing I saw when I looked at the website was the spinning danger signs in the corners. I don't know if that is a good thing or not, but it does grab my attention. The next thing I saw was the welcome banner in the portal. I like how the portal is set up. You have everything where it needs to be, and that is hard to do on a portal. Great job with that. I also admire the colors of the forum and how they all go together nicely. Most of the time, I dislike the darker forums, but Im liking it this time.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
The layout of the site, to be honest, is hard to find my way around. I could not find a way to the forums for 5 minutes, and I could not find my way to the portal at all. I would consider adding those buttons to the top links of your site. That will help your guests find their way around.
The forums themselves are seperated fine, but I would go through and divide what you need and what you don't. Like the Staff Applications forum. You could make that whole forum into a topic. You don't need a forum just for that. You also might want to hide the donator section of the forum. Its not nice to rub that stuff in members' face that way. I don't know if that was your intention, but that is what it is doing.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
The statistics of your forum are nice. You have about 1,160 members with 25,000 posts. You are doing a great job with your forum at the moment. The activity is also great. Many of your members are active each day, and a good amount of them are active in the last 60 minutes.
I do have a suggestion for you tho. Many people use the "Online Member's" Box to see if there friend is online. I would change it from 60 minutes to 5 minutes to make the box a little more accurate.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Oohh. My favorite part of the review. Unfortiante for you, you are on the bad end of the stick right now because you get to hear me rant about your overstaffment. First, let me tell you the role of an admin. An admin controls the board. They help members, hire staff, talk in the forums, and warn members. Now, you and one other person can do that by yourselves. You dont need 4 admins for a board that has 1,160 members. Look at FP, they have
twice as many members and only have 3 admins. I would say to take off 2 of your admins and move them to moderators.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
The Grammar of your forum is pretty bad in some sections. The forum discriptions on some of your forums have commas where they don't need them, some words don't have spaces. I would just go through your forum for about an hour and correct all of the spelling mistakes you have.
For Professionalism, it looks great, but it has the spelling and grammar errors, which make the forum look newbieish.
