You have 4,013 registered members and only 70 members online (today). That's not a great conversion rate for a forum with potential. I think once in a while, send out a mass PM to everyone to let them know that your still there.

In general, pretty good, although:
-there is lots of dead space- particularly at the top; half a page is consumed by the header. The actualy forums only start half way down.
-the layout is quite bloated and distracting. Try something simpler

otherwise, there isn't much to say.
