[GIMP,Mac]How to make a picture's background transparent(Part 1)
1. Look at the main window. Click "File > New"
2. Make your picture size to whatever you want. I made mine 100x100.
3. Go to the top toolbar, and go to "Layer>Transparency>Add Alpha channel"
4. Look at the "Toolbox" window. Click the "Fuzzy Select Tool."

5. Now that it's selected, click the empty white space.
6. Then you need to clear it. Go to "Edit>Clear"
7. Then you got yourself a transparent picture! 😀
It should look something like this:

3. Go to Advanced Options when your making your image. Go to "Fill With" and choose "Transparency."
4. Your done!
