It's good if you know how to use it.
PhotoShop is better, but GIMP is great considering it is completely free.

GIMP is equal to photoshop, somethings just take longer and are a bit harder in GIMP rather than photoshop.

I know a lot of people who use gimp and they make really complex stuff, I don't know how but they do.

It's not that hard to use.
Just play with all the different features, and you will figure everything out over time.

yea GIMP is good but i feel PS is better than GIMP..

I have both GIMP and Photoshop, but I prefer to use GIMP.

to be honest since I have got both my personal preference is GIMP as it has everything orderly arranged at it's place for ease of finding.
