Well, that's not good, it would be really nice, if those ISPs could crack down on the IP Address spoofing.

ISPs only care about what will allow them to monopolize areas of the country so that they can offer terrible service and charge astronomical prices. I thought capitalism was supposed to lead to higher quality goods and services...
