Global Announcement

Well as you see the global announcement thread stickied to every forum, can this be done in mybb? I tried searching for the plugin, but couldnt find. Can anyone tell me?

As of MyBB version 1.6.10, Forum Announcements is already pre-installed.

Go to your Admin CP > Forums & Posts > Forum Announcements > Add Announcement > 'Check' All Forums (If you want it to be global)

Up the top there is a section for Global Announcements.

No, the best is that. You can't make a normal thread as a global announcement, only can make it a sticky.

Alternatively, just copy the thread title and content into the add announcement. It is simple.
