Anyone know from past buying if these can be used with Gift Cards? I would assume so, as Gift Cards arn't a promo item, but if someone else can confirm / deny it I might hand out some rep >.>

Instead of getting ripped off from Godaddy, buy domains from a more reliable domain registrar.

I wish I had known that before... I have almost all of my domains with GoDaddy. Coupon hunting isn't fun...

I only use them because they use online gift cards. No PayPal means I have to pull from other resources, like gift cards for payment 😛

Well, that makes sense. GoDaddy isn't bad or anything, just not quite as reliable as some of the others out there.

I'll stick with them for a few more months, and transfer once I get enough money to move all of my domains over to Name.com. Free whois privacy will be awesome for 10+ domains, instead of paying GoDaddy $8 for each of them to have privacy.

Yeah I used to use n4me.eu and it was amazing, cheap prices and free privacy. Go Daddy charges $9.99 for a new .com and then it costs extra... bleh. Once I get PayPal (or turn 18 and get credit cards) then i'll use someone else.

I can confirm that you CAN use coupons with a gift card. A gift card is accepted just like regular currency.
