Alright first off i want to say godaddy fails.
I have maybe 17 domains with them. I never had a problem out of them at all until the past few months. Don't get me wrong we have had are mishaps.
I couldn't get this one domain to to go to my site at all.
i called tech support and they told me "I don't know what's wrong".
So i asked if someone there who can tell me whats going on. "I don't know". So i hung up and the the whole email deal thing with godaddy. after about three hours or trying to figure it out i got it meaning i fixed it.
I was checking my e-mail frequently. 5 hours after i got it fixed and working. I got an email from godaddy. I wasn't going to read it . But i Thought for a good laugh so i did. They tell me is nothing wrong is what it basically said.

here is the email they sent
Thank you for contacting Online Support. It appears that your domain is currently pointed to NS1.DOMAIN.ORG, NS2.DOMAIN.ORG, NS1.DOMAIN2.INFO, and NS2.DOMAIN.INFO. Your domain is resolving to this location at this time. If you are not seeing this, you may try clearing your browser's cache and reloading the page. For future reference, changes to the settings of a domain take an average of 48 hours to become effective because of the number of networks involved, and because these networks are controlled by several different agencies. This delay applies to all domains with any Registrar, not just Go Daddy. Please allow for this delay when planning web sites or configuring a domain to work with your services.

Clearing your browser's cache might help alleviate many problems including:

* Failing log in attempts to any website

* Out of date information displaying on a website

* Slow Web browser performance

Before clearing your cache, log out of any websites you're currently logged in to.

I'm not sure what happened because I couldn't understand what you were saying :\

I've had nothing but good experiences with GoDaddy and value you them very much. Wouldn't use anyone else.

I think that wasn't their fault. You have to wait a while for the DNS servers to resolve when registering a new domain.

It wasnt new and the dsn never changed it was a domain i just had laying around i pay for a sever.

Meh, you say that YOU fixed it - clearly it was a fault of yours. Something you did wrong. Their reply seems totally fair and I don't think they fail at all really.

all i did was re park the domain more then once i check and double checked everything

Did you contact the host? IT may be their issue too. GoDaddy really could not have made that problem.

I did in fact. I contacted them before godaddy. I talk to 3 different people about this problem 2 on the phone. and 1 technician over live chat. They all told me the exact same thing. That all of there severs were 100 % no errors. Or issue have been reported

You should try netfirms. I've been using them for a while and I've never had any problems.

Considering that in your text you clearly stated that it took 3 hours to figure out what they were saying... and that you fixed the issue. It shows that you were at fault, not them.

If we mess with technology we have got to know how it works or we risk breaking it.
