Going to africa!

hello everyone
im going to africa untill just before the new year, it was kind of a spontanious thing really lol the flights are booked for tommorow and me and my girlfreind are packing as we speak.

ive been under alot of stress lately and i just want to get away from everything for a little bit and clear my head, spending 18hrs a day on the computor is not a very good thing lol so im putting myself in internet-detox.

so i wish everyone here the very best with there forums

Good point...although he already went so may not have taken anything in time?

When I went I was on Malaria tablets for 10 weeks, had to get Cholera and Typhoid jabs (really bad) also a yellow fever jab 😱

There are diseases in every country, even dating back to ancient times where explorers and conquerors would defeat armies but die of disease. Ever wonder why customs officials ask if you have any produce when traveling to other countries? Food can transmit diseases too (though most are just plant diseases).
