Good Blog Host?

Hey guys,
Can someone suggest me a good blog host with FTP Access?

Please don't just recommend your host.

I was going to use the wordpress site but I thought otherwise.

If I can't find one I am going to use http://zzl.org
 
Some hosts will offer a instant install of different blog software. I would think most hosts would host a blog pretty well.

I have ordered hosting from Fantastic Hosting, as I am hoping to do a forum on my own this time, but so far they are far from fantastic. I was supposed to recieve an activation email, haven't gotten one, and I was supposed to recieve email about a support ticket regarding the activation email, haven't gotten that either. Don't think I'll be sticking with them. Will find another host.
 
I'm sorry to hear that you had problems with them, you can try my hosting if you wish to. I will also contact the owner of FH about their support for their clients to see what is going on.

I figured out what the problem was: They have an email thing right on the client page, and then you click on "My Emails" and then it shows you all the emails that you recieved from them. Handy, yet stupid. I got it all figured out and am now working on the forum as we speak. I want everything to look just right this time so I'm not going to rush to open it like I have before, which I think is why I gave up too easily as well; I never took time to sit back and actually enjoy my accomplishments.
 
Yeah, the system should also send the email to the email you used to register as a client. Glad you got it figured out.

Never has. The only email I got was when I installed PHPBB. Ah well, I'm enjoying myself at this host. I have had no downtime with them so far, so that's a plus, anyway.
 
Sorry Ashley for that issue. Things have been solved about timezone issues where many clients were buying. There was just no one online to activate those accounts.

Luckily, you've joined at a time where our servers are at its all time high performance 🙂

Oh, I'm using one of the free packages at the moment. But thanks! 🙂 I'm pretty pleased with the results. And not to worry about the time zone problems. I'm sure all advanced hosting sites have those.
