I am already running 2 forums, but I had a decent idea for a forum.
Pretty much a knowledge generation forum. People ask staff questions, in sections separated by subject (math, science, history, etc.) and the staff gives them the answer, or does their best to research the answer. Also, there could be idk, iq tests or brain teasers weekly, daily, etc. Could be a good forum. I have seen these fail many times, because the staff are either lazy, not up to the tasks, or just clueless about everything in life.
Idk, I tthought it was a good idea, take it or leave it. But if you plan on doing it, make sure you have plenty of (intelligent) staff.
PS, I don't have time to run the forum, but I would gladly take up some staff position.
