I've tried 000webhost there terrible, i already have a site with x10hosting so what other free reliable hosts are there?

Free hosts wont let you have a bigger forum, if you intend in making a big active community try a cheap host because free hosting is limited :S

I have tried most of the freehost but x10hosting is best in all aspect for me.
Serversfree, Host1free, Byethost are some free host.

And like 1 or 2 others I don't recall offhand. (I've mentioned my thoughts on x10, 000webhost and Servers here.)

Free web hosts are ok for running a small webpage. They work fine for that. But running a forum on them just isn't that practical. They often have fairly high restrictions and limitations.

If you want to run a forum for free it's, in all honesty, much better to go with a dedicated free forum host like Jcink or Icyboards. (I suggest these two simply because they offer ways to allow you to get a copy of your database if you ever wanted to leave.) They're purposely designed to run forums and are geared to do it without a lot of the same limitations you'd find on free web hosts. (Like on a free webhost you might have a CPU limit that causes your forum to become unavailable for an half an hour or more at a shot if you do too much. In some cases, like I mentioned in that topic linked above with x10, you could end up with several days of downtime because of their restrictions. But free forum hosts don't have that issue since they're designed specifically for forums. )

To be honest, I feel like you have already found the best free web host that you can trust. Personally, I do not recommend going with a free web host, but if you have to, then X10Hosting is probably your best bet. 🙂

VirusZero gave you the best advice. Free forum hosts are your best bet. They can cover their server bills through ads on your site, which makes them less likely to kick you off their server as your forum grows.
