Good MyBB designers

I am looking for really good MyBB designers and coders to fill in cheap custom themes.
I basically need someone reliable, cheap but can take days over experimenting with it. Also wouldn't mind if the designer came with a few free downloadable themes.

I have searched but I can't find any I like, so please share.

Audentio/Dynaxel are both excellent choices, and I know both of the owners personally. However, I don't know when the last time Mike (Audentio) made a MyBB theme.
