Just because you used paid hosts does not mean free and p2h that are good does not exist. Its about as bad as saying nothing free is good.

No the servers running the web host is hardware. The web host itself is all software.

However with some research I have found there is free hardware aswell.

Some are free as in price some free as in speech some both.
