Hey everyone, as part of saying Thank You to people for joining Chatting Time when the site opens up, I want to provide members and staff members alike. Something like this:

Chatting Time Moderator
Chatting Time Member
Chatting Time VIP Member
Also, since Pluto Host is being generous to us, I'd like to do something for members who help us refer other forum administrators to these guys, despite the fact that Chatting Time is just a forum and not an actuall host. This would also be how one could become a VIP member. I might even add an optional profile field upon registeration: "Would you be willing to refer others to Pluto Host?" Or does this make it sound too much like a host rather than a forum? ACtually, my main question is this: What would be a good program to use to make userbars with?
