Good RTS games?

Hey,
I'm looking for something to buy my brother for Christmas Eve and he loves RTS games.
He loves mostly historic games and i'm looking for one on steam.
He already owns empire total war, rome total war, men of war red tide, close to all C&C's.
And steam doesn't have age of empires :shock:

Any other great ones?

Staracraft 2. It's online and played world wide. No game will get more strategical than that.

They have to be steam games i'm thinking maybe disk but MAYBE!

Only steam games... historic..... Yea he's already played them all then. If you have a problem with disks, then wow, just deal with it.

I would just prefer steam games as the disk may take a while to get.
