Good way to Free UP OS Space?

So I am trying to free up Disk OS Space on my PC I did clean up disk nothing happens is there any other way I can clean my OS Disk Space?
 
When I'm low in space and I cant figure out why I run programs like WizTree or WinDirStat to map my hard drive visually so I can see whats taking up lots of space. Sometimes its something I forgot I had installed like a virtual machine or a game.

Well I do have a VM installed but Its for school
 
Are you running VMWare Workstation? There is an option to clean up the disk which should free up some space on your host machine.
