I agree. I mean this as no offense to the other valued contribs, but admins (or at least one-time owners/lead admins) should have their retirement group for special recognition. Yes, this includes Snobo and other admins as well.

I actually agree with this. As much as they have done for this forum it doesn't seem right that they just sail off into the Purple sunset. Another group like VIPs could be problematic though so would most likely need some thought and discussion.

Oh wow, this is a very sad day for FP. FP without fowler used to be unimaginable when I was admin, it just wouldn't have worked. We had a few good times on here and you're the reason this place is still going so thanks and good luck for the future :great:

It is no secret that I have not been able to dedicate much time to Forum Promotion for over a year now. Not only did this frustrate me, I also feel that this did frustrate many members aswell. I used to be able to dedicate hours a day to the site a few years ago but due to changes in my personal and my online life, I just can no longer dedicate anywhere near that time. It just wouldn't be fair for me to continue when so many other people could contribute so much more than me.

I had a feeling this was coming, sad day for FP. 🙁
