hellow guys, am adding google ads in side in all pages of mybb theme, here you can put twitter youtube myspace icons, and also forum menu etc which you want you can add 🙂 just see below,

Way to many ads. Ad on the left is annoying, the ad on top is annoying.. And the ad in the menu is annoying, it makes it appear as though you are trying to trick your members into clicking them, which they don't appreciate.
I say move the ad from the menu to the bottom of the board.
You can be banned for having the ads in the menu like that. Its trying to trick the members. Google states you much have a clear view that they are in fact advertisements.
Seeing the site as it is now, I think you need to adjust the ads.
Commonly people place one 728 x 90 ad at the top and another 728 x 90 ad at the bottom. (but if you want to use 468 x 60 ads instead, that will work too).
The ad you have on the left, you can't even see the whole ad. I'm using Google Chrome on Windows 7 using resolution 1280 x 1024.
