Is that like Google Adsense display ads?
It displays advertisement where ever you want 😉 shows ads and images 🙂 from different ad sizes, like google Adsense does but runs by another company. I have used them before however they are not big
Gotcha, do you know of any other good companies that do ads like Google Adsense? I know there are ones like Ad Thrive and Mediavine, but my new forum doesn't have the traffic to qualify for them.

I am also not a fan of mediavine, I use adsense instead. However, for people who want to use high paying ads but do not have access to adsense, mediavine can be the best alternative.
At the moment for me with google AdSense I'm using an account from Australia and for me to change to UK or US based I have to close or create another using another email address, but So far two emails address have been used, one of them is locked and my mia account that's live with ads right now as $80 AUD - However I have to have an active Australia bank linked and yet I do not have an Australia bank anymore ;(

Adsense account is linked with a real address, you cannot change the country. I perfectly understand your situation. However, if possible you can use the help of a person you know who is based in Australia to withdraw the funds. Adsense will send payment to any name as long as the payee address is in the same country. Adsense earning is entirely based on the clicks, if you have a lot of traffic but your traffic does not engage with ads, you might be able to earn.
Yep, pretty much stuck 😛 I mean I can still get AdSense UK going but the money in the other account has to be left there on hold and hopefully, it doesn't go anyway till I end up going back and dealing with it when I'm back there in the future
You can associate a new email address before selling and keep your email address for yourself. This is not a legit method but this is the only option to make the most from the adsense account with funds that you no longer can use.

I have not really found anything that keeps up with Adsense and is good for low-volume views. Granted, I am not too concerned as any banner service for low-volume sites is going to perform subpar in most cases.
First of all build your forum into big and then try with any publisher since you can't make any amount for low traffic even with adsense. Again just go on to get natural traffic, once you got apply for adsense again and place ads. Their is no other network like adsense or else choose only CPM networks.
Most of the CPM ad networks are pop up or pop under ads. If you manage to find CPM networks that are not popup or pop under, they have high traffic requirements.
