Has anybody else noticed a drop in Adsense income this month? Seems like advertisers are bidding lower this month. Maybe not as many advertising this month?

Ended up with about $70 less in earnings this month.

notice that too.. i do have a high paying keywords but i received just about $.10 per click

I'm getting around $1.50-2.00 a click. Not sure if you would call that "down" or not.

Earnings for me has been going back up this month, so it just might be either a low paying month for your website, or low cpc ads being displayed.

Reason why I say that my earnings are going back up, is because considerable portion of our content at The Moral Liberal, is school related in one way or another. So during the school year, we earn alot, and during the summer, we earn less.

While I don't use Google Adsense myself. I've been told that the summer months are lower in terms of Adsense earnings.

Lisa does explain some ways in which you can help maximize your adsense earnings:

I hope this helps increase your earnings,

Technically wrong. they have enabled daily fraud checks on May 15th, and since May is after April, I doubt anyone could have had less earnings in April, than having normal fluctuations in click through rates, and cost per clicks.

My earnings are down by $50. My guest is because of all the grim news about the economy in the US and the world, so people are less likely to click on ads to buy software, electronics, web hosting, and other things which Adsense sells.

But, it also could mean more people are using the internet to search for jobs and ways to save money rather then "what is the next big item or service" to buy.
