Google Cache Error

I used to be able to lick from my toolbar on pagerank icon and view web cache, for some reason couple of days ago it started to give me this error message everytime I try to view the web cache:

Anyone familiar with this problem and can advise me on anything to do to fix this?

I was about to say clear your prefetch, but you're on Apple.

I've never tried to do that on firefox, so... I don't know where to begin.

I a lot of people having same problem, one found temporally solution which is on the link of the cache change "cache%3A" to "cache:" and it worked.
