Before you, I need to suggest you to look for your website settings if search engine option is enabled. If it is enabled then try out social bookmarkings to get your website indexed fast in Google.

Hi,
If your site is not indexing since last three months then make sure that your site is banned by Google or not? If it is banned by Google then you have to send reconsideration request to Google through webmaster tools after solving all problems of your site.
Before sending mail make sure that you have properly created robots.txt file.
Also check out site settings in webmaster tools.
Few tips for indexing:

• Fetch as Google through webmaster tools.
  Ping through different pinging site.
  Create XML sitemap and submit it through Google webmaster tools.
  Create RSS feed and submit feed URL in RSS submission sites.
  Share in social media especially in Google plus.
  Do SBM, Microblogging and image sharing for your site.

If already you have done all these things then may be it is banned by Google.
