Google Earth Pro is Now Free!

Kinda forgot Google Earth was a thing. Seems like Google Maps (on web) does everything Earth does/used to do.

I may download it though just to play with it, since it's free.
 
Oh this is cool! I'll have to check it out and download it.

Is this the application that you can download, or what's different between this and the website?
 
Google Maps I thought replaced Google Earth, did everything Google Earth did for the majority. :lol:

I might just give this a shot, to be honest I never knew there was a pro version. 😛
 
I don't use Google Earth much anymore in favor of Google Maps but I wonder what made Google want to make this a free download now.
 
I love Google Earth so I think I'm going to get it. I like looking around on the Earth it's really interesting to me. 😛
 
I did not know that they charged $399 - that's great that they are now offering it for free. 🙂
