It's different location by location. Example: Australia Day designs aren't going to be on the Russian Google.

The Google text on the logo is composed of colored balls, and when you run the mouse over the logo, the balls scatter apart and then fly back into the shapes of the letters...

Admittedly cool, but I can see where it would be a headache...
