Google play help?

I need to set my Google play store back to the United States, but I don't have a credit card or PayPal. Any hacks or cheats to make it work? I've tried resetting my tablet to factory reset and not even that seems to do it. I have also tried installing a VPN app and removing and readding my Google email. Any suggestions? Kind of desperate here...

Here are the steps.. hope so it will work for you.. GOOD Luck bro...

• Download a VPN app on your android device
• Subscribe to the VPN service to have access to all its features and services
• Enter your credentials in the app
• Select a US server from the list in the app
• Go to Settings in your Android device now
• Look for Google Play Store app under the ‘Downloaded’ section
• Tap on Google Play Store in that section
• Tap on ‘Clear Data’ and ‘Force Stop’
• Close the Settings menu
• Launch the Google Play Store app again
• You can now access USA Google Play Store

That's what I was missing was force stop. Grrr. Thanks. I'm a female by the way

Meh, still didn't work. Even tried registering a new email and still nothing. I don't have that many games I want to play anyway. Only downloaded Starmaker karaoke, My Bakery Empire and I started a new game on Magic piano by Smule. So I'm happy. Thanks anyway
