Is the Google SEO for MyBB 1.6.9 any good?
Is it worth installing, or will it mess up on different search engines except Google?

In my opinion, it's not really worth it. It gives you a sitemap, which can be good, but that's probably the best thing. As time goes on, content becomes more and more important. Most of the top forums in search engines don't use the techniques found in the Google SEO plugin.

I also thought that, I don't really need a sitemap either to be honest.
