Can anyone help me get a sitemap submitted to google. I am completely lost. -🙁

If you can't make your own, use an external site such as the one below to make your sitemap.

http://www.xml-sitemaps.com/

Then use the option(s) in webmaster tools to upload the .xml sitemap. ~smile~

Have you got FTP access? If so.. Just follow their instructions for HTML, Just create the FILE and then click verify.

Turns out ipbfree has a built in sitemap with my site lol. Thanks for the help guys.
