This is good but I want to suggest you one thing that your image color is very dark so it does not look good so if you want to look better your image then replace the color of your image.

Looks nice, however the necktie almost makes the person in the Administrator image look naked 😵

The administrator is another logo, it's not connected. It more like an rank image

@Practical; it's very simple. You get the message across. I would suggest a darker shade of red though.

Well it is really large first of all. But the red as others have mentioned is very overwhelming. on the Admin thing. Also looks kinda flat on the background of it, could really use a gradient or something. And the drop shadow on the text is a bit deep really
