Forum Pros:
You've got a great skin. I'm pretty sure thats an eXtremepixels skin. That shows me right of the bat your off to a superb start.
You've got yourself a domain, and hosting - which is also great.
The banner looks good, but make sure to pull it up in photoshop and change the name on the banner to your site, I always forget to do this when I buy a skin

Forum Cons:
You overdid your boards. You gotta cut them down friend. Way too many boards going on there. You don't need all these gaming newspaper boards etc. Your forum is new, there is no need to have all different boards for TV movies, etc. I think you know what I mean here, just delete a lot of boards. You overdid them.
Final/General Thoughts:
You're off to a great start, with a paid skin,paid domain, and paid hosting - you are going to do well. I really suggest you take another look at the amount of boards, they need to be cut down.
