Did your grandmother make any craft things? Or other relatives?

My grandmother and my mom made a lot of craft things which is how I got started in it all. I'm currently trying to figure out how I want to stretch some doilies to hang on a wall. I think I'm going to with the embroidery hoops.

My maternal grandmother made some crafts such as potholders & the like. Unfortunately, pictures have been lost.

I try to photograph everything I make now. I made things when I was in my 20s as gifts for people and never considered taking pictures at the time! I mean, we didn't have cell phones back then, at least, not the everyday people, just the rich ones did and those didn't take photos anyway. So taking pictures seemed like a waste on anything but what you truly wanted to look at later and put in a photo album. We had to pay to get photos developed.
