Sorry, it's not transparent..

Try this method: Below the color pallete, in the selection box, "No Transparency" will probably be selected. Choose "Index Transparency" then from the color pallete above, select the color that you would like showing as transparent - usually white.
 
Here's a transparent version ...

It slightly cut out some glow though 😕

If you using PS just delete your background layer ... (double click it to make it 'layer 0') then trash it ... leaves you with a transparent bg and save the image as a .png 🙂
