First Impressions & Appearance
The background takes a little longer to load than most people would like, but it does look nice. Everything else loads fine for me. I The name of your forum is creative because graphic obviously means it’s about graphics, but then Chan seems anime and that’s what I see your forum is, a graphics and an anime forum. I also like how the character in your banner is winking. It will make more people happy and this forum will feel more welcoming. The forum icons seem like portfolios which can mean graphics, but if they also had something to do with anime, that would make them a little better. I don’t personally like how MyBB looks when you first go to a page, and I don’t really feel that when I look at your forum. There is a broken image in the top right where it says ‘Welcome back, .Review’

Site Layout
The ‘Off Topic Discussion’ forum should not be as high as it is. It should be either the last or one of the last forums viewable as that’s not what your forum is about. Also, the Announcements and Intro forums can share a category above everything else. I’d also consider splitting out Suggestions/Feedback from Announcements and making a separate forum that way your announcements forum doesn’t get too cluttered. Besides those minor changes, your layout is good.

Statistics and Activity
First thing I noticed was he fact that the Anime and Manga Downloads forum looked like there were no posts ever made in it before I logged in. Make it so the statistics for it are still available to guests even if they can’t see the posts in it. OR make it so the forum isn’t even viewable to guests. You say your forum opened on January 18, 2010 and if you really want me to review like that was the the date it opened, your stats kind of suck.
😛 It actually opened this year (2011). Okay, so your forum has been open for 27 days. You have 1889 posts made in 306 threads by 116 members. That means you are averaging the following per day; about 70 posts, 11.33 threads, and 4.3 new members. Those are pretty good stats and if you keep it up, those can only get better. Each member is averaging 16.28 posts and 2.64 threads. All of your forums seem to be getting a couple of posts each day. Try adding a competition for threads and posts where you get a little bit more per thread than you do per post. That should help get your per member average up.

Staff Moderation
First, you need to make it so the Test account doesn’t appear on the staff list as it’s not really a staff member. I see you have 2 admins and no other staff. I think that’s good for now and you don’t need to get more until your forum becomes really active. You have 1 staff member for every 58 members and that’s a great staff to member ratio because the members won’t feel like they’re being overrun by the staff. You have 316 posts which are 16.73% of your forum’s posts and you’re also averaging 11.57 posts per day. That’s great! Keep it up! Your other admin only has 47 posts which are 2.49% of your posts and he’s averaging 2.13 posts per day. If you can get him to post more, then you guys will look great. He just doesn’t seem like he’s doing that much and he’s just kind of there on the side. If you guys can get more topics, great! A lot of new members would rather just reply to topics than create new ones until they get more comfortable with the forum. You guys do both seem well liked though and are doing a great job of keeping the forum SPAM free. Good job there.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism
The only problem that I notice is in the description for the ‘Art’ forum, you need to remove the comma after ‘perhaps’ in the second sentence. Besides that, you guys have great spelling/professionalism!

You guys are doing a great job of spelling. The staff seems really well liked which is always a good thing. The banner is also great.
Things to Improve
The slow loading background...It looks cool, but for some reason that’s the only thing that loads slow. Also, work on adding more topics and maybe change up the forum icons.
