I think it's really annoying when forums have it set that you can't see ANY of the forums. Try and make it so that you can make some of them viewable. I know I wouldn't join a forum if I couldn't see anything and I know you are doing this to get more users. =\
Unfortunately, like most of the forumotion styles, your style looks half complete and a bit tacky in certain places. A few other things i would change are the affiliates, it looks unprofessional if they're scrolling and i would add a space between each one.
I would also make a point of checking your spelling throughout your forum, there are quite a few spelling mistakes on the index page ~wink~
