Well the good news is the background is transparent again. The bad news is the css isn't impacting it in the least, which has me curious.

That is good news and I wonder what is causing issues.

I have no mods/plugins installed at all.

Another problem could have been Gimp and their export. I'm not familiar with it, but when I researched, there are a couple things to check for when exporting a png to have a transparent background. Even though it looks transparent, sometimes it's really not?

I use Canva. If you need me to fix the image there, I can give you my email address. Let me know.
