First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
The color scheme on your forum is very relaxing. The blue is very well done, and the top part of the forum seems to be of a lighter shade, while the bottom is darker. The banner..is honestly a mess. I am confused when looking at it, because I can't tell what the images in the banner are s'posed to be. I can see a few ninja relations, but that's it. The text on the banner (all of the text), is very plain. I would maybe add a glow, or a size 1 stroke with a shade of blue.
The yellow for the staff names is a very attracting shade, and I'm even more impressed. Most forums, I see admins who have horrible colors choices for staff, and the colors don't blend well at all.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
The forum is easy to navigate. Fair amount of boards and categories. Once logged in, I noticed at least one (maybe 2?) sub-boards become available, and conveniently, they list on the main page. Always good to keep some things hidden from the public view.
I honestly don't think there needs to be three boards on the main page for SoTW. I would suggest making a 'SoTW' board, the put the other 3 boards as sub-boards.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Your forum has 65 members, with over 3K posts. I can't help but think something is amiss. But as I looked through the post counts of your members, the majority of them have over 100 posts. Added up, it does pretty much cover the majority of posts on your forum. This is really impressive. Your members are very active, and dedicated to the forum.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
You have a total of 4 staff members, including yourself. For the size of your forum, I guess 4 staff members is ok, but I definitely don't advise you hire anymore unless someone quirts. One thing I never approve of, is 3 admins. I could understand 2, but 2 is just..pushing it.
Your mods activity is..very low. It is always advised that the entire staff team is active.

I honestly couldn't find really any grammatical mistakes on your forum. Your staff are very professional, and you use correct grammar/spelling when posting.
