When you are creating some graphics and you want to add an image to it. Where do you find the image?

It depends on the site you find them on. There is usually a TOS or a Creative Commons notice which tells you what you can do.

It really depends on what you intend using them for. If it's something you could potentially make money off of, or something a lot of people will see, you should get stock photos and read the rules for usage.

If you're just making a forum signature or something, I don't think there's anything wrong with using something you find off of Google or PlanetRenders, etc.
