We are not really tring to compete with the other Great Graphical forums out there, But more the less offering other features and taking the load off of their sites. Love the skin and the banner mates really well. I think you should use sticky topics for guidelines and staff applications instead of dedicating a forum to it.

I'm not a big fan of having a legend of user names with rainbow colors.
prophpbb does not let you disable the legend so until they activate that, Thats how it is going to be.
