Amount of money paying space per month
Amount of money paying x 10 bandwidth per month
Unlimited everything of everything else (add on domains, email accounts etc)

Daily local backups, which means if anything happened to the server I will have a backup safety on a external drive.
Fast and reliable server, do not worry about slowness or downtime.
If anything goes wrong with the server, I will get you back up as quick as I can, even if that means paying for your hosting elsewhere.
