Question please - what is this 'cash' thing ?
I've noticed I'm earning with it. If I donate,
who gets whatever it is. ? Is it something I can

You get cash when you make posts. When you donate it the cash goes to whoever you donated it to and cash is used for the services on the forum like reviews, graphics etc.
