Thanks for you suggestions. We are currently working on a new site design as this is an old one that I just picked out, any suggestions on the colors ? We do have a .co.uk which we will use and we may buy a .com. At the moment yes, our support is offline, but right now, unfortunately we mainly aim to do our support by tickets, not live, on the contact page it says we don't guarantee 24/7 support but a good reply.
